Brand New Club Players

 STEP 1.  Go to NCVA website, on the top menu bar click on the Register tab and select Memberships.  The parent will have to create a SportsEngine Account.  Scroll down to Parent Instructions and click on the Parent Account Creation video or Create a Parent/Family Account PDF form for help.  After creating the parent account, you will need to exit SportsEngine and then log back in with your newly created account.  Once logged in, click on Add a child (player).  You will then enter your daughter's information.  After these steps have been completed, purchase a Tryout Pass ($15).  If your daughter is selected for one of our teams, you will need to purchase the full membership ($75) in order to participate in the 2026 season.  The cost of the Tryout Pass will be credited into your full membership cost.  

NOTE:  The Tryout pass is just temporary and does not cover the volleyball season.  

STEP 2.  Complete the Spark Tryout Form, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to svcmail88@gmail.com

STEP 3.  Complete the USAV Medical Waiver, sign it, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to svcmail88@gmail.com

STEP 4.  Complete the Spark Medical Waiver, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to svcmail88@gmail.com

STEP 5.  To expedite your check in process, you can send your $30 tryout payment via Venmo  @Spark_Volleyball_61 (Please include your name and the players name).  You can pay at the door if you prefer (cash/check) but this could take time.

​Step 6.   Once you check in, your player will be given a tryout number.

NOTE:  Following the steps above will make it a much smoother and faster check in!!
