What to do after tryouts if you made a Spark team

STEP 1. Show up to Commitment Night. (Times will be posted during tryouts)

STEP 2. Complete and submit all forms under the commitment night tab on your schedule commitment nighttime.

STEP 3. Sign Letter of Commitment in front of a Spark staff member.

STEP 4. Pay the initial fee deposit (You can pay through Venmo/Zelle, Cash, Cashier's Check, or Check).

STEP 5. Meet your coaches and teammates.

STEP 6. If you purchased a tryout pass, you MUST purchase a full membership good for the 2026 season (09/01/25 - 08/31/26).

Click on Start Filling to Sign ALL forms.
Commitment letter will be given to you at signing.
Bring copy of the player's birth certificate.
Pay your $700 deposit. We prefer if you use Venmo or Zelle but we will take a check or cash.
Meet and greet the coaches and the players. Season schedules will be handed out.
Select Team Parent.

Commitment letter MUST be signed in front of a Spark staff member. This form CANNOT be dated and signed before your commitment time
