We strongly encourage all parents to pre-register
When you pre-register:
Simply check in at the table and get your player's tryout number and you are set. No filling out forms!
To pre-register follow the steps below:
- Click on the Tryout Registration button and complete the form.
- Click on the USAV Medical Waiver button and complete the form.
- Click on the Spark Medical Waiver button and complete the form.
- After completing all 3 forms, print and sign them in ink.
- Scan the forms and save them to your desktop.
- Email the forms as attachments back to svcmail88@gmail.com.
- Make your payment through Venmo or Zelle. You can also pay cash.
Note:
If you prefer, you can also print the completed forms and bring them with you to the tryout.
NCVA Age Defintion
Please use the NCVA Age Definition Chart to select the right age group your child should be trying out for. Just find their month of birth and match it to their year of birth.
NCVA Membership
***IMPORTANT: You MUST have a current NCVA membership, NCVA Summer membership or Tryout pass in order to tryout. If you played last year, your current NCVA membership is good until August 31st, 2025. For players new to club volleyball, you can purchase a Tryout Pass through the NCVA website. You must provide the players’ NCVA Membership Number when registering for the tryout. Registering at the door will be slow and will take time. Time that you can use to watch your player tryout. Please click on the NCVA Membership link below to go to the registration page:
