What to do Before Showing Up to Tryouts
If you played for a club last season under the NCVA, your membership expired on August 31st, 2025. All athletes participating in the 2026 season will need to have a full membership which covers September 1st, 2025, through August 31st, 2026.
STEP 1. Complete the Spark Tryout Form, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to svcmail88@gmail.com
STEP 2. Complete the USAV Medical Waiver, sign it, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to svcmail88@gmail.com
STEP 3. Complete the Spark Medical Waiver, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to svcmail88@gmail.com
STEP 4. To expedite your check in process, you can send your $30 tryout payment via Venmo @Spark_Volleyball_61 (Please include your name and the players name). You can pay at the door if you prefer (cash/check) but this could take time.
Step 5. Once you check in, your player will be given a tryout number.
NOTE: Following the steps above will make it a much smoother and faster check in!!
